My pool customer paid several different leak companies to fly to Bermuda to find the leak in the pool.  I, myself am very good at finding leaks but this one I could not locate. My customer was spending $30,000 dollars just in water lose (water is very expensive in Bermuda) so I was referred to Florida Leak from one of my suppliers. Michael was given two full days to find the leak.  On the second day, he found a leak in the underwater speakers in the swim through cave. This pool is hugh with a spa and grottos, and underwater glass for viewing.  He fixed the leak he found with underwater hydraulic cement and naturally having so many people look for this leak, did not believe he found it. We all gathered in the morning to check the overnight level and lo and behold, it had not moved an inch. I was shocked that he found and fixed the leak.  If I ever have another leak in a pool I cannot find, I will be flying Michael to Bermuda again.  Thanks so much.

We used Florida Leak Locators last year and I can honestly say they are very reliable and honest. We have a local pool service company who I called first because we felt our pool water had dropped considerably overnight.  My pool guy gave me Florida Leak's phone number and I called them.  When I called Florida Leak and they asked me a series of questions and asked me to fill the pool up and mark the level on the pool and call back the next day.  I was very happy they were not pushy about sending someone out and spending my hard earned money until we determined we had a leak.  I marked the pool and went out the next day and  it was down a good 1/2 inch again.  I called them back and the lady in the office had me check something on the motor.  From what I was telling her was not adding up that it was a leak in the pool.  Now neither me or my husband ever go over on the side of the house where the equipment is located.  The equipment is not that new and I noticed a puddle of water about the gas heater.  I called Florida Leak back and told her what I found.  She asked me if she could call my pool service company and talk to the pool guy.  My pool company called me and came out the next day and disconnected the old heater (we never used it, as it was gas) and the pool over the next few days didn't lose a drop.  I honestly believe had I called another company they would have sent someone out and we would have paid for nothing.  My pool cleaning company was also amazed how honest Florida Leak was and could have easily taken advantage of the situation.  I asked Florida leak to put this on their web site as I sent this letter to the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List.     CAdams    Oviedo, FL

Words cannot express how grateful I am about Florida Leak Locators. I called them at the advise of my local Pinch A Penny Store and explained the situation about my parents home.  They have had a rough year with all the cutbacks and the fact that they are in their late 60's.  I asked for a special rate and Amy in the office was very very accommodating, she gave me the leak test for what my parents could afford, Mike came out the next day and thank goodness it was not a major repair (another company told my dad it would be $1200.00 to fix the skimmer) it did not, Mike fixed it with some type of epoxy and it has been well over 6 months now and have not lost a drop. I had to write this review because I believe this is the first honest leak company I have dealt with. I've had leak companies from Aadvanced to all the other A companies and decided I will give it just one more try with Florida Leak Locators.  Mike came out and he was ver professional and went to work. My pool and spa is very complicated as does have some added bells and whistles.  He spent about 3 hours listening for the problem and found it was a tree root that had grown through the pipes.  He marked the area and gave me a very reasonable price for the repair as they had to dig down pretty far plus I have a concrete planter there with some stairs.  To make a long story short, he was the only leak company that could find the leak.

We had a house leak and we called several of the local plumbing and house leak companies. I stumbled upon Florida Leak Locators, knowing that they specialize in pool leaks, but I thought I would take a chance and call. Just so happens, they had hired Ron who was very experienced at finding house leaks.  For just $250.00 he came out and found not just one problem but two problems.  My insurance company was thrilled and happy to take the claim that the leak was found and Florida Leak Locators sent me very good plumbing company that didn't cost me an arm and a leg to repair the dmange.  They really need to do house leaks since they are very reasonable compaired to a franchise leak company.  Thank You Florida Leak Locators.      Ellen Cortez - Longwood

The service to be performed was to inspect my pool for possible leaks. The first thing Mike did was to ask several questions. He checked the pool from top to bottom, every exit port as well as the surface areas of the pool. The leak was a crack that traveled down the side of the pool for about 3 feet. I was aware of the crack but didn't think I was losing water from that crack. He explained a major repair will be expensive and for now he patched the crack as a temporary solution. From start to finish, the company was upfront and honest about everything, from the time to arrival to the completion of the job.  To date, my pool has not leaked and this temporary fix may last for quite a while before I need to get it repaired properly.  I am very satisfied with Mike's work and Florida Leak Locators and highly recommend that anyone experiencing a pool leak problem use their services, you won't be sorry.  Thank you Angie's List for recommending them.   Paul R  - Cocoa Beach
