Pool/Spa Minor & Major Repairs
Minor repairs are included with our leak detection services and will be repaired on site using a special two part epoxy that we have created to solve and fix minor leaks. In the event that a major repair is needed, a quote would emailed to you for your approval, prior to scheduling or completing any major work. The full amount paid of your leak detection would be applied toward the quoted repair as a discount.
Pool/Spa Pre Purchase Inspections
Pre purchase pool inspections allows home buyers or sellers to get a FULL detailed look at the entire pool, spa, and equipment. A detailed full color report, with photos, is received via email within an hour of the inspection. Quotes for any repairs needed will also be emailed as soon as they are completed. The full amount paid of your Pre Purchase Inspection would be applied toward quoted repairs as a discount. Repairs can also be scheduled at a later date to accommodate any closing deadlines.

COMMERCIAL SERVICES
POOL/SPA LEAK DETECTION
Our senior commercial technician will inspect all areas and components including the plumbing lines, lights, main drains, tile, grout, and skimmers. All minor repairs are included. Leaks that are located during the inspection will be repaired and patched on site using a two part epoxy. In the event that a major repair is needed, a quote would be emailed for approval, prior to scheduling OR completing any major work. AFTER approval, the major repair work would be scheduled for our next available repair date.
